The purpose of this program is to bring on board individuals who have just graduated and would like to serve the rural community in the whole gamut of education, healthcare, environment, and social work in a 13-month fellowship. Qualification: Bachelor Degree holders aged 21-32. Fellows are put in NGOs and local organizations across India.
