What you get to do in this role:
- Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.
- Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
- Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
- Help design and implement new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
To be successful in this role you have:
- You have experience using or thinking about how to use AI in daily work, problem-solving, or making decisions. This could mean using AI tools, automating tasks, reading AI reports, or thinking about how AI can help your team or industry.
- You have 2 to 5 years of experience working with Java or a similar programming language.
- You enjoy working with JavaScript and building websites, especially using reusable and organized code.
- You understand how to use data structures, algorithms, and design patterns, and you know how to make your code fast and able to handle a lot of work.
- You’ve used modern web tools like Angular, React, or Vue.
- You are good at solving problems and planning how things should be built.
- You know how to use common developer tools like code editors, debuggers, version control, and tools like ServiceNow or Unix.
