Responsibilities of a Equity Relationship Specialist / Equity Relationship Manager

  • Revenue Generation: Collect assigned broking revenue targets from equities, futures and options, commodities, and related equity revenue; earn Net Interest Income from Margin Trade Funding (MTF).
  • Asset Gathering and Product Promotion: Sponsor clients to gather assets and activate advisory products, Investiger, IPOs, ETFs, MF, and other available investment solutions.
  • Client Engagement and Advisory: Assess clients’ risk profiles, provide relevant market information, and provide advisory services, recommend relevant equity products, and facilitate online trading on clients’ behalf, confirm trades, and ensure a minimum of one client facing meeting per day.
  • Service and Relationship Management: Ensure the highest quality of service and maintain strong client relationships while supporting new clients in understanding market dynamics, and support the branch in achieving the set targets on client acquisition, revenue growth, and relationship deepening.

Eligibility Criteria for Equity Relationship Specialist / Equity Relationship Manager

  • Experience in the stock market, equity products and investment concepts is desired.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal ability.
  • Experience in sales or business development.
  • Customer relationship management and sales skills.
  • Fundamental knowledge of financial markets, mutual funds and trading platforms.
  • Experience with CRM software and/or MS Office is a plus.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
