  • Continues night shift (US Shift) No rotational.
  • One way cab will be provided. (Drop alone)
  • WFO (Chennai Porur DLF).
  • Two rounds of Interview ( Technical & Assessment)
  • Interview mode Virtual.
  • Answer customer calls, chats, or emails to solve their queries.
  • Provide correct and clear information about products or services.
  • Handle complaints politely and find quick solutions.
  • Keep a record of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
