Responsibilities for Revenue & Operations Intern
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Renewals teams to help with daily operational tasks
- Examine business data and metrics along with customer trends to create insights that help the business
- Provide support for reporting and tracking both data and workflows for all teams
- Help with discerning operational inefficiencies and create initiatives that help improve these processes
- Manage operational sync and working sessions across different departments
- Aid in the execution of targeted projects to improve operational retention and renewals
- Create and manage detailed retention tracker and follow up initiatives as needed
