Roles & Responsibilities for Associate-Accounts Payables (P2P) Forms
- Process vendor bills accurately in the P2P cycle.
- Ensure that invoices are posted and paid in a timely manner according to agreed payment terms.
- Reconcile the vendors accounts and correct any issues that arise.
- Handle payment inquiries and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain the proper documents and records required for compliance and audits.
- Adhere all of company’s Policies, SOPs and control instructions.
- Assist with month end close activities for AP
- Monitor and maintain records of accounts payable transactions with ERP systems.
