Roles & Responsibilities For Analyst
- Daily queue manager for intake and triage requests into corresponding fan rights categories: access, erasure and unsubscribe.
- Fulfilling requests for downstream Live Nation Entertainment brands and markets, tracking fulfilled requests, and liaising with fans on a timely basis.
- Monitor and manage all the FOH cases in flight – both agent requests, follow-up required & no progress requests.
- Executing error reports and errors clearing, this should be done according to agreed timeliness receiving permission（when） scaling up to Product and Development.
- Escalating questions and concerns to the privacy office for response as part of an established escalation process.
Skills Required For Analyst
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding and awareness of privacy requirements, such as GDPR, CPRA, PIPL etc.
- Problem-solving, proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with strong English proficiency.
- Experience with privacy and/or customer services tools & platforms, such as OneTrust and Zendesk, a plus.
