Responsibilities For Accounts Payable Assistant Role
- Match invoices to purchase orders and investigate discrepancies to ensure the cogs keep turning.
- Keep the accounts payable ledger well ordered and current, coding invoices accurately and cleanly in such a way that they can be easily traced.
- Configure global supply payments across different currencies with efficiency and correctness to deliver great experience to our partners.
- Reconcile supplier statements and chase outstanding items in a helpful, solutions‑oriented manner.
- Assist the overall Finance team in their administrative and accounting needs to enable an effective teamwork.
- Reply to supplier and internal queries appropriately and in a timely fashion maintaining and developing good relationships.
