Responsibilities for Software Engineer
- Platform Support: Support users for common tasks related to GCP such as VM restarts, Cloud Storage permissions, and Cloud SQL connection tests etc.
- Workspace Management: Manage everyday GWS problems, including 2-step verification (2SV) recovery, Shared Drive access and password resets.
- Runbook Execution: Apply available “Step-by-Step” procedures to solve known problems; not escalating
- Monitor Google Cloud Operations Suite (formerly known as Stackdriver) for red line alerts related to CPU usage, disk space or service outage.
- Log Analysis: Use Cloud Logging and AI-summa
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Fresher & Candidates with experience till 2 years are eligible to apply.
- Some knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Compute Engine, IAM, and VPC Networking.
- Ideally, you should have the Google Cloud Digital Leader Certification.
- Associate Cloud Engineer Certification is an added advantage.
