Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, chat, email, webforms, and voicemail
- Own and resolve incidents from start to finish, independently
- Communicate clearly with customers from various regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC)
- Record, diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve, and assign incidents/service requests
- Daily balancing of cash receipts with open invoices and accounts receivable records.
- Look into discrepancies between bank deposits and system (Ovation) records.
- Effectively post payment to customer records in financial system.
- Code and classify transactions accurately.
- Find and research discrepancies between the anticipated payment and what was received.
- Work with internal organizations (e.g. Sales, Customer Service) to address payment discrepancies and billing disputes.
