Tech Mahindra is announcing mega online interviews for the post of Customer Support Associate (WFH). This is a great opportunity for beginners as well as for experienced candidates having minimum 6-months of experience. This is a Domestic BPO voice inbound (E-commerce process) where the associates will get customer calls. The technical requirements are i5/Ryzen 7th gen & above 10+ GB RAM & Windows 10/11 with good Internet with a speed of at least 20 MBPS. The shifts will be rotational and will have 6 working days in a week for 9 hours of online work (8 hours work and 1 hour break). The associates must be able to read Malayalam and basic English. This is a work from home job, a good opportunity for freshers to start their career in BPO. It is a contractual position.
