Key Responsibilities of a Senior Executive at Annexmed
- Process Staff Payroll every Month in a timely and proper manner
- Fully compile all HR report documents, and submit to Senior Manager for approval
- Compute and take out from the pay of an employee, such as tax withholdings and other deductions.
- Comply with applicable laws and our internal policies
- Confirm with proper management all trust/overtime hours before paychecks are able to be issued
- Work closely with HR and accounting departments
- Acquire and validate employee banking details for direct deposits
- Manage internal payroll and accounting reviews twice per year
- Keep records and certain documents accurate and prepare reports
- Keep general ledger of payroll transactions
- Address concerns and questions regarding payroll
