- Provide remote assistance to customers from abroad through Chat for issues related to hardware, software and networking.
- Troubleshoot Windows XP, Windows 8, Windows 10, VPNs, TCP/IP, HTTP and UDP protocols and other stuff
- Handle SLAs, getting problems resolved quickly and taking them higher when necessary.
