Roles & Responsibilities For Service Desk Analyst
- Single point of contact to the customer/users for all types of services through Telephone/email/chat/IVR.
- L1 Windows and MS Office/M365, Outlook/Teams, printer, VPN and network troubleshooting.
- Responsible for resetting users’ passwords/unlocking accounts and supporting access management (AD/Azure AD) in accordance with the SOP.
- Troubleshoot through scripts/knowledge base and runbooks to restore services asap!
- Route/Assign tickets to L2/L3 team with troubleshooting notes and logs requirement.
Roles & Responsibilities For Production Agent
- Keep production systems/apps up 24/7 and make it fly!
- Manage incidents and service requests in the ticketing tools within SLA and priority.
- Do the first-level of troubleshooting leveraging runbooks, logs, dashboards and SOPs.
- Perform everyday production tasks (batch job monitoring, restarts of jobs, health checks and queue checks).
- Analyze and escalate issues to L2/L3/Dev Teams with clear proof (logs, time stamps, impact).
