You may be helping with the low-level implementation / setup and monitoring of theAzure / AWS resources, responding to user requests, shadowing on troubleshooting efforts, improving the technical documentation and learning the ins and outs of DevOps like CI / CD pipelines and version control. The potential candidate should have a basic understanding of the principles of clouds, strong analytical skills and good English speaking and writing skills and proactive and self directed learning style.
