This position has a mix of voice and non-voice and the candidate will answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in the United States, answering queries and providing timely support. Candidates need to have excellent English Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills and Customer Oriented attitude. The job involves keeping up with records, ensuring quality and productivity standards and providing outstanding customer service. Freshers with good communication skills and experienced people who need to grow their careers in the BPO industry. Rotational shifts (including nights) required for candidates to be able to work as a US client worker.
