Role & Responsibilities For Back Office Executive
- Handle daily office operations efficiently
- Assist front office and administration with secretarial work.
- Organizing Proper filing (hard copy & digital) of all work output.
- Input and updating of information in databases
- Prepare MIS, spreadsheets and reports as per the requirement.
- Draft, process, and coordinate official documentation
- Check data for completeness and accuracy.
- Keep invoices, purchase orders, contracts and employee paperwork.
