Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist customers with voice call, email and chatting.
- Provide quick and correct solutions to client concerns.
- Keep the quality up and do a great customer service.
- Record customer conversation in the system.
- Compliance with company policies, process and guidelines.
- Raise log issues in all the cases those cannot be resolved by yourself to the corresponding support teams

- Greduate Holder but any recognised university.
- Education: Open to freshers and 0–4 year experience holders (plus or minus)
