Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Check the support ticket list and handle tickets based on the company’s rules.
- Look into support tickets and fix the problems.
- Talk with the product and development teams to understand how serious the issue is.
- Sort the tickets and send them to the right team members when needed.
- Reply to customers in a clear and polite way.
