Responsibilities :
- Oversee both front-end and back-end operations of the distributor system.
- Achieve sales goals by personally visiting the market and managing the distribution system.
- Regularly review and analyze MIS reports to identify gaps and areas for improvement in your region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners to enhance market position. Use these connections to gather feedback and share reports with the branch office.
- Focus on improving customer service to strengthen the company’s competitive position in the market.
- Negotiate with distributors and help them manage customer relationships to boost business.
- Monitor distributor performance and their sales teams, taking necessary actions to address any infrastructure gaps.
Key Skills & Requirement:
- Must have a full-time graduation degree.
- Strong skills in calculating ROI and managing RS distribution.
- At least 2 years of experience in channel sales.
- Experience in conducting and executing promotional activities.
- Familiarity with RS appointment and sales planning processes.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
