Responsibility for Insurance Operations
- Manage entire policy lifecycle & client s ervicing
- Support one of the endtoend insurance broking activities including but not limited to Pre-placement, Placement, Post-placement, certificates, claims coordination , and policy servicing
- Ensure high quality, accuracy, and turnaround times as per KPIs and business standards
