Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely pickups from customers.
- Responsible for Reverse Logistics.
- Need to minimize the TAT failure.
- Managing Return to shipper shipments and to work continuously on improvement in seller experience.
- Tracking & maintaining data of daily shipments.
- Preparation of MIS reports.
- Ensure smooth execution of Reverse operations.
- Ensuring process are followed to minimalize loses & drive cost saving initiatives
Required Skills/Abilities:
- English and Regional Language fluency is Must.
- Good Excel knowledge.
