Duties/Responsibilities:
- Verify freight, transportation and operational vendor’s invoices
- High volume vendor invoices processing with a near 100% entry accuracy and day’s TAT.
- Process vendor payments on time and reconcile conflicting balances
- Reconcile suppliers accounts and statements as at when due.
- Work closely with operations, procurement and region teams
- Assist with month end close process and reporting
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, GST and TDS rules
- Help in Internal and Statutory Audits
