Key Responsibilities for Branch Relationship Manager
- To obtain 100% correct value – Proper cartage, proper stone deduction, no spurious/unacceptable ornaments.
- Follow the highest ethical standards and comply with all the processes / policies provided by Rupeek – KYC adherence. Perform KYC on customers & register for services online.
- Arrange the Loan rejection after coordination between Manager and stakeholder
- You should also bring in New Customers and preserve a very good relationship with the Existing customers for generating renewal & referral business.
- Sort out all customer queries and clarifications during the loan processing.
- Engage in developing business that will further enhance the brand visibility of Rupeek Gold Loan within the catchment areas and generate leads for prospective customers.
Eligibility Criteria
