Roles & Responsibilities For Senior Manager

• The person in this position will take over fully managed P&L responsibility for SC+ business.
• The applicant is expected to perform and manage Voice and non-voice operational functions Collections Domain as an impactful leader.
• Client and Client Servicing Management,
• SLA Management.
• Governance and Reporting.
• The person will ensure alignment of Strategic Organizational goals with Functional and individual goals as he/she leads the operations group comprising more than 1000 employees.
• Implementation of various developmental programs aimed at retention and succession planning on all levels.
• Implement aggressive process re-engineering initiatives which provide the client and global relevant stakeholders quantifiable value.

Roles & Responsibilities For Senior Business Analyst

• Work with key stakeholders to capture, document, and analyse the business needs for the projects implementation.
• Coordinate with the technical teams on the onboarding processes of new clients which entails migrating and configuring data for new clients or existing ones.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Program Manager to make sure the requirements are clear and agreed upon in scope for the project.
• Assist in designing with test case and validation criteria design and ensure that the implemented solutions address the set business requirements.
• Assist during UAT and support the Go Live.
• Draft and update as needed the business documents and the user guides.
• Provide support to the client immediately after going live.
