Key Responsibilities of an AI Solutions Analyst
- Translate the hiring for business processes and workflows from both customers and staff into workflows and use our proprietary AI tools to automatically build and code the workflows.
- Being fully accountable for the entire process from building to validation, testing, deployment and continuous monitoring of the workflows.
- Being the main facilitator to the business teams, the product division and the engineers.
- Work with teams that deal directly with the customers to both implement new workflows and ensure that they are operational, and provide support for the feedback loops.
- Collect and analyze data concerning KPIs from the operational workflows and provide the analysis of the data to stakeholders who are both technical and non-technical.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in business/analyst position within 0-2 years (including internships).
- Good academics (candidates from top institutes (including IIT) will be preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) and proficiency in basic programming (Python, JavaScript, etc.) and an interest in development are strongly preferred.
- Thinking skills are excellent and applies sound logic to solving problems, is able to model workflows/processes flexibly.
- Will be proactive in taking initiatives and assuming responsibility for works; will be proactive in achieving goals and driving results in an unclear environment.
- Excellent communication and customer needs awareness (to identify the needs of the business and communicate it with the business solution).
