What You Will Be Doing As An Associate, Global Packaging Systems

• Support the Global Management of Master Packaging Specification, Group Packaging Specification, Packaging Test Methods, Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
• Make sure that existing MPS, GPS, TM’s, WIs and SOP’s stay up to date based on priorities discussed and agreed with relevant stakeholders. Archive obsolete documents.
• Discuss scope of updates with Regional and R&D Packaging Teams and make sure that they validate updated TMs according to the relevant SOP.
• If new TMs, WIs or SOPs are needed discuss with Regional and R&D Packaging Managers the content of the new documents and make sure they are aligned with relevant standards (i.e. ASTM, ISO, EN, etc) if applicable. Create these new TMs / SOPs
• Support the management of the Global Packaging Handbook (GPH) and the Packaging Material Questionnaire and help to make sure that both stay up to date based on priorities agreed.
• Liaise with Regional Packaging and R&D Packaging in order to make sure that above mentioned documents are properly understood and used by all members of the team in the same way and that these processes are supported by adequate training.
