- Proactively reach out to existing clients nearing the end of their subscription or contract term to discuss renewal options.
- Communicate renewal terms, benefits, and pricing adjustments to clients in a clear and compelling manner to encourage contract extension.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service throughout the renewal process.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
