  • Proactively reach out to existing clients nearing the end of their subscription or contract term to discuss renewal options.
  • Communicate renewal terms, benefits, and pricing adjustments to clients in a clear and compelling manner to encourage contract extension.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service throughout the renewal process.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives or account managers to negotiate renewal terms, including pricing, terms and conditions, and contract amendments, when necessary.
  • Advocate for the best interests of both the client and the organization to secure mutually beneficial renewal agreements.
