- Security Integration: Implementing security measures into the software development process, including code reviews, vulnerability assessments, and security testing, to ensure that security is built into the system from the outset.
- Automation and Tooling: Developing and maintaining automated security testing pipelines and toolsets, such as static code analysis, dynamic application security testing (DAST), and container security scanning, to continuously monitor and improve the security posture of the software.
- Collaboration with Development and Operations Teams: Collaborating with development and operations teams to integrate security best practices into the DevOps workflow, including providing guidance on secure coding practices, configuration management, and infrastructure as code (IaC) security.
