  • Leading a team of acquisition executives or sales professionals.
  • Setting sales targets and goals for the team and ensuring their achievement.
  • Monitoring team performance and providing guidance, coaching, and training.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with high-value clients and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Relationship Manager (RM):
