What You Will Be Doing As HR Lead for Purchasing, Planning, and Logistics

  • HR Strategy and Planning: Collaborating with the HR team and business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the goals and objectives of the Purchasing, Planning, and Logistics departments. This includes workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for positions within Purchasing, Planning, and Logistics. This involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, facilitating the selection process, and coordinating onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for employees in Purchasing, Planning, and Logistics, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. Addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations when necessary, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Implementing performance management processes within the Purchasing, Planning, and Logistics departments. This includes setting performance expectations, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and feedback to drive employee development and engagement.
