Responsibilities and Duties
- Building and integrating bespoke tools to fully automate workflows and significantly enhance operational efficiency.
- Developing, supporting, and improving Game call pattern simulation in C++/Scala with the aim to implement new applications and internal features.
- Conducting complex performance stress and load testing, including the design of tests, the drafting of gameplay oriented stress scenarios and the analysis of game tooling logs to simulate load testing on the distributed test infrastructure.
- Conducting tests to formulate and communicate analysis of testing results.
- Evaluating and troubleshooting frameworks and network performance to identify gaps in software performance and test automation.
- Performing root cause diagnosis for testing issues to identify system component gaps.
- Communicating problems in a timely manner while adhering to Electronic Arts policies, NDAs and other security frameworks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines in progress.
- Open to recent graduates and university students for internship opportunities.
- Have basic understanding of C++, Scala or Python programming.
- Awareness of cloud platforms like AWS (preferred), Microsoft Azure or GCP (Google cloud platform).
- Basic understanding of architecture of scalable platforms, and concepts of system design from start to finish.
