Roles & Responsibilities For Associate Investigator Grants Analyst (AIGA)
- Draft templates for application payment terms and conditions that will apply to investigator grant budget grids.
- Support escalations with external clients of investigator budget development, process and negotiation parameters.
- Assist with investigator grant budget grids for relevant countries in studies as appropriate or coordinate with the appropriate therapeutic and operational subject matter experts, as needed, to ensure proper development of grants.
- Supply local teams with the approved investigator grant grids, payment schedules, process and negotiation parameters.
- Support internal/ external approval and feedback for investigator grant budget grids & payment schedules.
- Work with internal departments to facilitate the successful site startup: aligning various site start-up activities completed by contracting and sponsor-investigator for agreement of timelines; Studying assigned investigator budgets negotiation and determining when these sites need to be in accordance to accurate timeframes supporting overall critical path in terms of scheduling.
Eligibility for Associate Investigator Grants Analyst (AIGA)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational education
- Experience that is afterwards able to perform the job (0-2 years mentoring equivalent).
- In some cases, you may be required to have an equivalency; that is a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience that were accepted as equivalent by the Hiring Manager.
