Roles & Responsibilities For Operations Analyst
- Search, analyze and assess data on provider licensure and continuing medical education in America
- Fill out applications for provider credential | licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers
- Authenticate and validate information uploaded to the credentialing, licensing platform with 100% accuracy
- Reach out via email with providers and clients whenever more information might be necessary
- Assist, as required, in monitoring or implementation projects for new clients
- Write Summary Research Findings into Short, Simple Sets of Guidelines for Certify Customers
- Help with other tactical projects (as needed)
Eligibility for Operations Analyst
- English Fluency
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
