What You Will Be Doing As Application Portfolio IT Analysts
- Build strong partnerships with the agencies’ media teams and technology teams, and also the finance teams at GroupM and within the agencies
- Work closely with the finance dept. to help address any booking/financial queries
- Troubleshoot effectively, including detailed investigation and analysis, any technical and financial issues
- Provide an efficient service to minimise any impact on business operations, ensuring that the best levels of service quality and availability are maintained
- Help drive operational efficiencies across the team and wider business through simplifying and presenting our data effectively
- Escalate to the Operations Support Manager for development prioritisation any issues that are either not diagnosable or not resolvable by support team
- Provide support for the business on operational changes to systems

Skills Required for Application Portfolio IT Analysts
- Knowledge of TFS/JIRA or other dev ops systems; SQL and Azure/Cloud solutions
- ITIL
- Confident in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Power BI.
- Experience of working with internal functions including service desk, database administrators, infrastructure and networking teams preferable.
- Customer Service experience, speaking to people of all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail
- Analytical thinking – ability to interpret and manipulate data in a logical manner
- Ability to clearly present and explain information, to non-financial or non-technical staff members
