Roles & Responsibilities – International Voice Process
- Answer customer calls from overseas clients
- Handle customer requests and services accurately.
- Well trained to understand the customer complaint and provide solutions.
- Communication is key to making the call.
- Follow company policies, processes and quality standards
- Which involve moving on complex issues to the right team when needed.
- Achieves daily targets on performance, quality and customer service.
- Follow call etiquette methods and stay in line with the customer.
- Respond patient and professionally to customer complaints.
Eligibility Criteria
- 10+2 (Intermedaite)
- Looking for Non-technical gradutes, BE & BTECH Graduates not eligible
- Freshers and recent pass-outs are welcome to apply
