- Support inbound and outbound calls from international customers, acting in a professional manner.
- Answer questions regarding products, services, orders, payments and account failures.
- Be precise in English and be courteous but friendly, respectful, and professional.
- Read customers mind and deliver the right solution at the needed time!
- Adhere to company policies, call-handling procedures and quality standards
- Enter customer records and record call notes in the CRM system.
