Roles & Responsibilities for B2B Inside Sales
- Email, telephone calls and live website chat to establish, nurture relationships with current customers in order to spot selling premium product opportunities.
- Explore and comprehend customer needs and adapt premium product alternatives for their individual situation
- Leveraging inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls/emails to pursue new sales opportunities.
- Those that are conducting good online demos for prospects.
