Responsibility
- Serve as the first point of contact for all HR questions on employment, contracts, onboarding, benefits and related queries.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR requests and escalate complicated issues as needed.
- Ensure all HRIS records are up to date and accurately maintained.
- Bidirectional employee Change processing and new joiner data handling
- Manage and support wide-reaching global HR projects (e.g., employee engagement, training and culture etc)
- Work closely with managers and employees to address HR issues.
- Partner cross-region with leads, managers and executives from other teams
- Managing new hire onboarding, create all needed docs, files and set up in the system
- Facilitate onboarding reviews for new employees.
- Assist with enrollment and administration of employee benefits.
