Walk-in Drive at Infosys – RTR,PTP,OTC Responsibilities

• RTR (Record to Report):
• Ensuring the accurate recording of financial transactions and the preparation of financial statements according to accounting standards.
• Performing reconciliations of accounts, investigating and resolving any discrepancies, and ensuring the integrity of financial data.
• PTP (Procure to Pay):
• Managing the procurement process, including vendor management, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing, to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
• Conducting vendor negotiations, monitoring contract agreements, and optimizing supplier relationships to achieve favorable pricing and terms.
• OTC (Order to Cash):
• Managing the order processing and fulfillment cycle, including order entry, invoicing, and shipment tracking, to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
• Monitoring customer accounts, processing customer payments, and managing accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate collection of funds.

• Financial Reporting: Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
