What You Will Be Doing As Branch Head?

  • Branch Management: You will be responsible for the overall management and administration of the branch. This involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies, and maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Team Leadership: You will lead and manage a team of branch staff, including relationship managers, customer service representatives, tellers, and support staff. Your role includes providing guidance, training, and support to your team members, promoting a positive work culture, and encouraging high performance.
  • Business Development: As a Branch Head, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth for the branch. This involves developing and implementing strategies to attract new customers, expand existing customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. You will identify business opportunities, cross-sell banking products and services, and foster strong customer relationships.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service is a top priority for a Branch Head. You will be responsible for maintaining a customer-centric approach within the branch, addressing customer queries and concerns, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships is an important aspect of the role.

What You Will Be Doing As Branch Sales Manager?

  • Serve as an active member of the office customer service team and be held accountable for sales performance.
  • Interact with the Branch Manager to further expand existing customer relationships and develop new contacts.
  • Make “outside” sales and customer service calls on present and prospective customers within the branch’s market area both individually and along with the team.
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.

What You Will Be Doing As Customer Relationship Officer?

  • Ensure that the customer query are attended to and resolved in an efficient manner and within stipulated Turn Around Time.
  • Ensure NTB lead generation as per productivity targets provided by the Bank.
  • Deepening of mapped customer portfolio as per benchmarks provided by the Bank.

  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills are essential for a Branch Manager. You should be able to inspire and motivate your team, set clear goals and expectations, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills are crucial for a Branch Manager. Active listening skills are also important for understanding the needs and concerns of both employees and customers.
