Roles and Responsibilities for Tele Collection Team Leader
- You will encourage and manage an efficient group of telecollection executives.
- You will supervise and direct the team to ensure that each member achieves the goal designated to them.
- You will assess the team’s efficiency and effectiveness through the evaluation of their collections, promise-to-pay (PTP), and contact KPIs.
- You will provide inspiration through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
- You will ensure that each collection is compliant with all the necessary policies and regulations and is ethically collected.
- You will resolve collection cases that require attention and are of a complex nature.
- You will be responsible for compiling and distributing the MIS reports that are daily, weekly, and monthly.
- You will study the data collected in regard to collections and suggest ways to improve the process.
- You will work on recovery efforts with the collections, credit, and operation departments.
- You will be involved with and help the new collection executives and leave your mark on the process of selection and training of the new collection executives.
