Roles and Responsibilities for Tele Collection Team Leader

• You will encourage and manage an efficient group of telecollection executives.
• You will supervise and direct the team to ensure that each member achieves the goal designated to them.
• You will assess the team’s efficiency and effectiveness through the evaluation of their collections, promise-to-pay (PTP), and contact KPIs.
• You will provide inspiration through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• You will ensure that each collection is compliant with all the necessary policies and regulations and is ethically collected.
• You will resolve collection cases that require attention and are of a complex nature.
• You will be responsible for compiling and distributing the MIS reports that are daily, weekly, and monthly.
• You will study the data collected in regard to collections and suggest ways to improve the process.
