Responsibilities for Customer Support Associates
- Responding to queries and resolving the issues of users.
- Support customers across channels (phone, chat, email)
- Help customers with product support.
- Record customer transactions and interaction.
- Getting in touch with clients that they have the solutions to their needs.
- Adhere procedures, policies and manadatory service level agreement (SLA).
- Find up and cross-sell offers.
- Where appropriate, escalate more complex or unresolved issues to higher levels of support or management.
- Maintain awareness of product knowledge being sold within the department.
- Stay in charge of your time and take care of multiple customers concurrently.
