This internship is from their “Resume with Razorpay” initiative which specifically helps men and women professionals who are on a career break transition back into the workforce. The position is responsible for leading the medium- to large-scale cross-functional and company-wide technical programs. The intern will scope programs, manage schedules, risk management across teams within the org and drive delivery of them. What You will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Support the business operations team to optimise company registration services and ancillary processes.
- Research support on business strategy, startup trends and market opportunities.
- Assist in finding and capturing cross-sell opportunities around our start-up customers.
- Keep informed on incorporation/compliance data and help build resources accessible to founders.
- Provide general support across projects – from data analysis to presentations – as required by the team.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Currently enrolled in or just completed Business, Management, MBA Commerce, Law, Economics or related disciplines.
- High interest in startups, business operations and India’s integration/compliance system.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with teams.
- Analytical thinking, numerical and research literacy.
- Forward planning attention to detail and open-minded.
- Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, PPT/Docs would be preferred.
