Key Responsibilities
- Book and organize travel plans such as visas, passports, lodging reservations, and expense reports.
- Provide extensive executive support to the senior members of staff in terms of preparing for meetings, keeping their diaries updated and generally facilitating the running of their busy day.
- Compose, edit and send out memos, reports, speeches, presentations letters and news releases.
- Keep management records and files confidential and secure.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.

- Carry out RP screening for all Cummins India consignments to remain compliant.

Competencies
- Considerable previous administrative experience at a senior level or as an executive.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple priorities, protecting confidentiality and using good judgment.
- Demonstrated expertise in export controls, compliance or logistics desired.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to prepare professional correspondence/presentations.
- Knowledge of document management systems, compliance tools and data reporting.
