Roles & Responsibility For Accounts Receivable Caller
- Communication and Following-Up: AR Callers will make calls to insurance companies and patients to follow up on any unpaid claim/bills, by phone and email to have them pay on time and clarify any discrepancies.
- The outstanding accounts receivable will be addressed with an AR Caller that will call patients and insurance companies and resolve billing issues and see that healthcare providers receive their payments in a timely manner.
- Claim Management: They investigate declined or underpaid claims, find out why they were not paid, and proceed to appeal or re-correct claims and receive the fullest reimbursement.
