Responsibilities for Assistant
- Run and coordinate the day to day agenda, meetings and appointments
- Respond to email, telephone and correspondence professionally
- Keep records, files and important papers.
- Create reports, presentations and spreadsheets
- Communicate with team members, clients and vendors
- Work with administrative and clerical issues
