Key Responsibilities of a Company Secretary
- Maintenance of Secretarial records, statutory books and registers.
- Preparation, Filing and registration of documents including forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the Company to the MCA as an authorised representative.
- Preparation of Agenda for the Board Meeting/ General Meeting and convening the said meeting including that of drafting minutes of the meeting and maintaining proper records.
- Signing of Annual Return, MCA Forms and extracts of minutes.
- Assist in contract management and maintaining agreement repository.
- Drafting and vetting commercial Agreement.
- Monitor the necessary changes in regulatory management and legislation and ensure that the company standards are properly complied before signing new deals.
- Assist in collating and maintaining data on statutory compliances across the Company.
Key Responsibilities of a Purchase & Stores Manager
- Search, identify and negotiate Suppliers for raw milk handling equipment, packaging materials, chemicals and spares.
- Establish and deploy procurement strategies in line with production & cost targets.
- Monitor quality, price competitiveness and on time delivery of supplier.
- Adhere to company policies, FSSAI and other laws for procurement.
- Collaborate closely with Quality, Production and Maintenance to learn material specifications, requirements.
- Develop and control product purchase budgets, cost analysis, and savings programs.
- Create alternative vendor base to spread risk and cost optimization.
