Roles & Responsibilities For Executive – Finance Operations
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing tasks.
- Perform reconciliations; resolve imbalances in a timely fashion.
- Ensure accurate financial data and documentation in the internal systems.
- Reports Preparation and assisting in month-end period closing and year-end financial closing
- Exercise compliance with the company policy and accounting standards.
- Work closely with both internal teams and stakeholders to clear finance-related issues.
- Observing transactions to ensure precisions and integrity of data.
- Analyzing and managing financial information using MS Excel and finance tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation Degree from a recognized university is mandatory for every candidates.
- 1–6 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable or similar role
