Role and responsibilities of an Assistant General Manager
- Design Coordination with Consultants to make the design submissions as per the construction program.
- Preparation and monitoring of Design submission program in line with Project Works Program
- Review of Design submissions made by the consultants for correctness, optimization and constructability.
- Design of temporary works required for the project, review of Geotechnical works
- Monitoring of quantities in comparison with tender quantities.
- Review of Instrumentation and Monitoring works, review of Building monitoring and protection works.
- Preparation of Design Modifications as required at site technical clarifications as required for site and subcontractors.
- Review of Interface works progress and making provisions in the structural drawings as per the interface requirements.
- Design Coordination with Client and GC for getting the design approvals in timely manner.
- Preparation of monthly Design Progressive Report, attend progress review meeting with construction team and clients.
- Technical support required for claims by contracts team
Role and responsibilities of an Manager – Billing
- Supervision of entire billing process and facilitate creation of invoice timely and accurately.
- Supervise the billing team, training, performance feedback, and workload assignments.
- Establish, and organize billing regulations and procedures in compliance with both Company policies and legal regulations.
- Review billing records, revenue reports and charts to diagnose problems and enhance performance.
- Follow up on receivables, overdue accounts and receive timely payments.
- Work with finance, sales, customer support and IT teams to optimize billing workflow and systems.
- Clear billing discrepancies, client inquiries and payment problems through both internal departments and customer contact.
