IT Engineer – Roles & Responsibilities
- Install and set up computer hardware, software and networks
- Fix hardware and software problems
- Properly maintain servers and systems
- Monitor the performance of the track regularly (daily)
- Support staff with technical support
- Keep software and security patches up-to-date.
- Handle backup and recovery of data.
